For a technically faultless execution of our eLearning modules -
offline and online modules, you might need to install
FLASH PLAYER 7 or higher!

CHECK YOUR CURRENTLY INSTALLED VERSION
of the Flash Player on the Adobe website

IF THE VERSION IS 6 OR LOWER, THEN ...

DOWNLOAD THE FLASH PLAYER 8
(SAVE THE SOFTWARE TO YOUR HARD DISK, close ALL browser windows and start the installation by double-clicking on the msi-file!!!)

POP-UP BLOCKER

Please deactivate ALL pop-up blockers!

RESOLUTION

The resolution of our eLearning Modules is optimized for the Lifebook resolution of 1024*768.

You need to CHANGE YOUR SCREEN RESOLUTION, if...

your screen resolution is higher than 1024*768 (e.g. CELSIUS)

and the image is somehow cut off on the right hand side

SECURITY SETTINGS

Probably you might need to change your security settings to view the modules properly.

EXAMPLES FOR ERROR MESSAGES

1. You have started the eLearning module and got the following
error message:

First of all please check if you have already installed the Flash Player 7 or higher: Adobe Flash Player Check
If the website displays no movie in the testbox but this picture OR version "6" or lower, please store the Flash Player 8 installer to your harddisk and execute it.
Secondly please review the security settings of your Internet Explorer! You have to activate the "ActiveX" components.

2. You have started the eLearning module and got the following error message or you see the site "Thank you for choosing..." (see second picture below) but no module will launched:
